Chris has been a Realtor® for 23 years, operating primarily in the West Houston/Katy market area. Chris is a certified Texas Real Estate Commission instructor and holds a Texas Real Estate Brokers License. Chris believes that whether you're selling your current home to move into your dream home, or embarking on the exciting journey of buying your first property, the choice of your Real Estate Professional is crucial for a smooth and successful experience.

Chris's mission is clear: to guide our clients through their real estate journey and, with the heart of a teach and coach, assist them in reaching their real estate goals.

 Maureen Hiller, a pivotal member of the Chris Hiller Team, has been a Realtor® since 2012. Providing exceptional support  in managing the complexities of the team and client transactions, Maureen is an invaluable asset behind the scenes. 

Maureen's commitment to ensuring the success of each transaction, significantly contributes to the team's reputation for excellence and reliability. Her dedication to client satisfaction and her role in enhancing team performance underscore her importance to the Chris Hiller Team, embodying their values of integrity, teamwork, and exceptional service. 

 Fiona serves as our Director of Operations, and agent partner. With a background in operations and project management, Fiona brings a client first approach to the team. Fiona is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), and a Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). 

Fiona feels that real estate can create security and wealth and is dedicated to assisting her clients throughout their transactions, and beyond, providing a calm and through approach to making real estate dreams come true. 

Osneyda is passionate about meeting new people and helping them achieve their real estate goals. Osneyda proudly represents on the National Association of Hispanic Realtors (NAHREP) and KW Latino Division, and as a representative of the Keller Williams Premier Associate Leadership Council (ALC).

 Matt has cultivated a niche in flipping houses, working with investors, and serving the home buyers and sellers of Katy and West Houston. Matt believes in the power of real estate to achieve financial security and loves to help clients reach that goal.
